Hiking has been one of my favorite forms of exercise since grade school camp days, it made me fall in love with nature and how relaxing it is to take a brisk long walk on a back drop of luscious greenery. Every other Saturday, a group of friends and I spend our morning exploring new trails whilst breaking a good sweat. This morning was no different and after not having had been on a hike for a while , I was thrilled to be back.
